Dustin Shivar, MA, LCSW
Dustin joins Centered with over 13 years of experience providing direct care to patients and families. His rich history in direct care provides the foundation for how he empowers and guides clinical teams, assisting clinicians in professional development, and teaching skills for how to manage the daily demands of clinical work compounded by significant administrative burden. The unique supervisory consultation program at Centered allows Dustin to pursue his passion of mentoring and training leaders, coaching your leadership team in positively impacting workplace dynamics through new management skill development. Dustin loves spending time with his wife, Kirstin; their cat Phoebe; and, whenever possible, enjoys being in the mountains doing all levels of activity.
Kylie Slavek, MA, LPC, CRC
Kylie is a trauma informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) who artfully combines her love of Buddhist psychology with modern and holistic therapeutic approaches to help clients shift perspective and live with ease. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, stress, and navigating career and life transitions. Kylie is passionate about helping individuals thrive in their personal and professional lives. Her calm, open-minded, and accepting nature will allow you to embrace your true authenticity and support you in reaching your full potential. In her spare time, she enjoys tending to her house plants, camping, hiking, thrift shopping, yoga, spending time with friends, and crafting.
Meghan Pataky, DSW, LCSW, CACII
Dr. Meghan Pataky has over 15 years of direct practice experience and over 12 years of supervisory and management experience to support Centered and your team. As an Academic and Field Advisor for Columbia University’s School of Social Work. Meghan received her Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in 2010 and her Doctorate in Social Welfare from New York University in 2018. Meghan’s academic and clinical experience position her to be an effective social work practitioner, supervisor, teacher, and manager.
Raquel Schneider, MA, LMFT
Raquel is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in 2016. Raquel has provided therapeutic services for children and families within intensive in-home, day treatment, residential treatment and outpatient programs. She enjoys implementing creative interventions that are tailored to a client’s needs, interests and strengths to help promote motivation, personal connection and growth. Raquel currently provides supervision consultation for Centered and your team.
Sandy Black, Therapist LPC, CBT
Sandy is passionate about helping people see what’s possible in their life. She works from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) perspective to help change unhelpful thinking and behaviors which lead to improvements in mood and functioning. After more than 25 years helping organizations utilize technology to improve performance, Sandy draws on this experience to provide workplace mental health services to local business employees. She understands the demands and challenges of excelling in Corporate America while striving to have a meaningful and fulfilling personal life. Sandy enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and rafting with her husband, son, and friends.
Kristina Hernández Schostak
Kristina brings to Centered 20+ years of customer service, marketing, communications, quality, and continuous improvement experience in the industries of hospitality and manufacturing. After the pandemic intensely impacted these overwhelmingly on-location industries, she saw first-hand the increased mental, emotional, and psychological stress and trauma colleagues were experiencing and sought to make a difference. Kristina will partner with your organizational leadership to come alongside staff in ways that are proven to positively impact mental wellbeing and, in turn, overall employee satisfaction and engagement. In her free time, she can be found reading a fantasy novel to her daughter, exploring a new trail, or trekking her family to baseball parks across the country.
